Bootcamps


At Personalized Fitness, we offer versatile bootcamps that provide a high intensity series of challenging workouts. Personally Fit Bootcamps are an excellent way to challenge yourself, meet weight loss goals, or simply improve overall physical fitness. People of all fitness levels will find our bootcamps stimulating and challenging, as the circuit based exercises can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels. Bootcamps use sports specific drills to improve balance and endurance, build strength, and develop core muscles. Participants work together under the supervision of a Certified Personal Trainer to motivate one another to reach personal health and fitness goals.

Times:

  • Wednesdays 5:30pm - Loyola Park (Ski Hill Park if raining)
  • Saturdays 9:30am - Ski Hill Park

Cost:

  • 10 sessions = $100
  • Drop-in fee $15
