The author presents the words in such a simple and effective way that I would like to share them with whoever wants to listen. It's a good reminder on how we can live more alive.

You might be wondering what the difference is a between breathing meditation and any other meditation. After all, isn’t breathing part-n-parcel to meditation (to say nothing about life in general)?

Here's something I have learned in life;

Here's something I have learned in life;

If I want my daughter to go taboganning, I need to go tabgonning.
If I want my daughter to eat healthy, I need to eat healthy.
If I want someone to love me, I need to love me.
If I want my friends to make time for me, I need to make for them.
If I want to someone to communicate with me more, I need to communicate with them more.

Sex burns fat

"Studies have proven time and again that having sex boosts the body's production of essential hormones like PEA, which speed the metabolism of fat. On top of that it curbs those killer ravings for crazy foods you know you should not be eating. It regulates your appetite so you don't feel hungry when you're not. And if you're overeating cause you're bored, I'd say sex is more fun than a sandwhich or a sundae, anyway you stack it."
