Yoga Class

Upcoming Classes for Bruyere Staff

Join Instructor, Tanya Robertson, as she leads "Yoga Fusion" Classes at lunch hour for Bruyere Staff in the Spring.

In this class we will explore the elements of QiGong, Yoga and Pilates to release stress, unwind the body, and calm the mind.
This hybrid style combines body movements, mental focus, and controlled breathing to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall health. A Relaxation Meditation will be offered in the last 5-10minutes of the class.

The class accommodates beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. 



 Please note, if you want to join but cannot stay the whole class, please feel free to join as long as you can.
