Being active is more important than ever as our lives are changing and physical interaction is limited.  Doing some form of exercise is an easy way to boost both your mental and physical health, and now is the ideal time to try a new activity. 
 

From the comforts of your home join us, and get the benefits of social connection and exercise. Live streaming provides a sense of community, something we most definitely need now. There’s nothing quite like following along together in real time and giving out virtual high-fives.

What classes are offered?

Week: April 27th - May 1  2020

8am Monday May 27th: Iron Yoga Flow

  • A gentle Hatha yoga class using light hand weights

8am Tuesday April 28th: Tabata Training

  • Interval class using tabata timing with cardio and strength interval training

5pm Tuesday April 28th: Tone Up: Back & Triceps

  • Strength training class with focus on back and tricep muscles

8am Wednesday April 29th: Butts & Guts

  • Strength Training for you bums and abs

8am Thursday April 29th: Tabata Training

  • Interval class using tabata timing with cardio and strength interval training

5pm Thursday April 29th: Yoga Bootcamp

  • Hatha Yoga mixed in with some bootcamp based moves on the mat​

8am Friday May 1rst: Cardio Crazed

  • An all cardio class to loosed the muscles up from the week
