How the Membership Works

Step One: Sign-up for your membership.

Step Two: Then, keep an eye on your inbox. You will receive:

  • the Zoom codes (they change each month)

  • an email of Fridays for the following week's training schedule

  • a daily email with recording of workout and reminder of the next day's class.
