Online Group Fitness Schedule

Being active is more important than ever as our lives are changing and physical interaction is limited.  Doing some form of exercise is an easy way to boost both your mental and physical health, and now is the ideal time to try a new activity. 
 

From the comforts of your home join us, and get the benefits of social connection and exercise with our interactive, personalized online classes. Live streaming provides a sense of community from the comforts of your home to help motivate you to create healthy habits.  

 

There’s nothing quite like following along together in real time and giving out virtual high-fives ;)

Monthly Memberships offer all-access to live online workouts  - including Yoga Bootcamp, Butts & Guts, Tabata training and more. If you miss a live class, not to worry, they will be recorded and sent to you the same day.

Unlimited Classes Monday - Friday 8am plus one speciality class each week.

Starts Monday June 1 - July 31 2020

Single drop-ins are available.

How the Single Drop-Ins Work

Pick your class from the list below and click "buy now" to register for a single drop-in class. You will receive a confirmation email with the zoom id link for the class.

Classes will be posted one week at a time.

What type classes are offered online?

A variety of strength, cardio and flexibility classes will be offered each week; Tabata Training, Yoga Bootcamp, Butts and Guts, Box Fit and more.

8am     Tuesday: TABATA TRAINING - High intensity interval training with Strength & Cardio exercises

8am     Wednesday: GUTS & BUTTS - Strength/Toning exercises for the abs and butt

8am     Thursday: BOX FIT - Cardio based exercise class involving shadow-boxing, skipping and more...
