Looking for a way to spice up your fitness routine this Spring? Come join us outside in nature and challenge your body. Working out in a group is motivating and a healthy way to connect with your community creating good habits. Fitness Trainer Tanya Robertson will leading the workouts.

About the Event
Join Fitness Trainer, Tanya Robertson, ever Tuesday night in Old Ottawa South at Windsor Park for Boot camp classes that are guaranteed to motivate and challenge you.
She will put togher a full body workout that includes interval drills, strength training using bands, plyometric and body weight exercises. This head-to-toe functional training program is designed to be both fun and challenging for all fitness levels!
Don’t expect to see the same class twice, Tanya has her own style and creativity, bringing you a dynamic workout to help improve your cardiovascular system, burn maximum calories, build muscle and lose weight!
Package of 9 sessions
This includes all 9 sessions. If you miss a session, you will not be refunded. You can make up a class by attending another bootcamp session until the end of May. Alternatively, you can gift your missed session to a friend.
