Tanya is a qualified Holistic Nutritional Consultant trained to assess and identify your current nutritional imbalances, and to develop unique nutrition, lifestyle and supplement protocols that can help bring your body back into proper balance, helping you to get to optimal health.
Tanya has over 25 years of hands on experience in the Fitness and Nutrition Industry. She obtained a Natural Nutrition Diploma (2007) from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition; A certificate for Nutritional & Wellness Specialist, with Can-Fit-Pro (2001) and she took a few Nutrition & Health courses at Ottawa U (1997).

Personalized Health Plan Package
Initial Consultation | 30-40 minutes
We review your health and medical history, discuss your current health concerns, and map out your goals. Diet, lifestyle, signs and symptoms will be assessed. I ask a ton of questions, you share a ton of insight into your past health and current goals. Outside of this appointment, time is spent analyzing all the information I've retrieved, and transferring your diet and lifestyle analysis into a comprehensive, personalized health plan. This session can be over the phone or live online.
Personalized Health Plan | 20-30 minutes
Within a week of your first appointment, you will be presented with your Personalized health plan. We will review diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, recommended fitness regime, meal ideas, and recipes. You will leave with a toolbox of sustainable strategies to support you on your health journey.
Fine-Tune Appointments x 2 | 20-30 minutes
These online/phone appointments are scheduled every other week and are used to build knowledge of nutrition and wellness. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, prepare for challenging situations, and acquire new tools, resources or products to feel supported. It is during your follow-up appointments where we can revisit your goals and your progress, and pivot where necessary. Some topics we will be covering during these sessions: blood sugar management, toxic load, elimination pathways, optimizing sleep, stress and it’s impact on your health, grocery shopping, kitchen confidence and intuition. This is where you will be integrating your plan, alongside me (your biggest cheerleader!)
