NOURISH is a rejuvenating day retreat nestled in the serene ambiance of a private cottage, curated exclusively for a small group of women seeking restoration, connection, and wellness.

 

Every element is thoughtfully designed to create an oasis of serenity and well-being, where you can replenish your spirit, rejuvenate your body, and nourish your soul. The day includes a number of group health and wellness sessions, while leaving space for individual personal time.

Between sessions, take time go swimming, paddleboarding, kayak, read a book, journal, or take a nap in a hammock.

Surrounding the cottage, bask in the warmth of the sun, or simply savor moments of quiet reflection in the cozy nooks of this idyllic sanctuary.

 

And as the day unfolds, relish in the shared camaraderie and sisterhood as you bond with like-minded women on a similar journey of self-discovery and growth

Time: 10:30am to 4:30pm

Capacity: Limited to 10 participants

Location: Private cottage on Lac Bernard in Alcove, Quebec (40-45mins from Ottawa)

Cost: $245

What to Expect:

  • Guided Sonic Meditation

  • Qi Gong & Yoga warm up

  • HIIT workout (outside and/or inside weather permitted)

  • Lunch and Snacks

  • Free time to go swimming, read a book in the sun, go paddleboaring or kayaking 

  • Breath work / Restorative Yin Yoga / Sound Bath

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and workout, swim gear (suit,towel), clothes for casual hanging out

  • A yoga mat

  • Water bottle (we will have local spring water available)

  • PaddleBoard or Kayak (if you have one that you'd want to bring. Otherwise you are welcome to use ours.

Jessica Raslack

Jessica Raslack is the owner of this beautiful and quaint cottage and our chef for the day. She is a culinary maestro who infuses her creations with years of expertise and a genuine passion for nourishing the body and soul.

Jesica graduated from the Culinary program at Algonquin College 30 years agoand has been teaching Food and Nutrition in high schools for the past 15 years.

 

At the heart of "Nourish," Jessica crafts a culinary journey where every dish is prepared with love and intention, promising not only a feast for the taste buds but also a deeply fulfilling experience for the spirit.

Tanya Robertson

Tanya, is a health and wellness coach, personal trainer, yoga & meditation instructor with over 30 years experience.

She will lead you through meditations and movement sessions to help you to release built up negative energy in your body, and nourish your body leaving you feeling grounded, empowered, and renewed.

Under Tanya's gentle guidance, you'll delve into practices that awaken the senses, calm the mind, and invigorate the body, fostering a deeper connection to yourself and the present moment.
