Online Group Fitness Classes

We are dedicated to keeping you motivated, healthy, and strong by bringing group fitness training to you. Train at home, in your office and anywhere that makes you comfortable.  Doing some form of exercise is an easy way to boost both your mental and physical health, and now is the ideal time to try a new activity - or to ensure that healthy habits are continued. 


Join me from the comfort of your home (or anywhere else!) and get the benefits of social connection and varied exercise with interactive, personalized online classes. Daily small-group classes, streamed live (synchronous) through Zoom, provide a sense of community, no matter where you are.

Personalized Fitness Online Group Fitness Memberships offer full access to a variety of live online workouts that combine cardio and strength exercises - such as Yoga Bootcamp, Butts & Guts, Tabata training and more. If you miss a live class, don’t worry. Recordings are sent to all members the same day so you can always do them at a later time at your convenience. 

How the Online Group Fitness Membership Works


Step One: Sign-up for a One month or Three month Membership.


Step Two: You will be receiving 

  • Monthly zoom links (for live classes) on January 1 2022

  • Weekly class reminders

  • Daily Class recordings

  • Weekly Nutritional Tips & recipes


You can choose to join the live fitness classes (Monday - Friday 8-8:30am) and/or do the recordings on your own time.


You will have access to the video links for 3months and you have the option to download your favorite classes.

Here is an example of a Tabata Training Workout I teach as part of my Group Online Fitness Classes.They are personalized and informal! No workout is the same. You will learn some new exercises. With a monthly membership you have access to 20 different classes. Join us live 8-8:30am Monday - Friday or do the recording on your own time.
