Note: It is recommended for new clients who are interested in either a personalized fitness program design or personal training session, to complete a partial or full assessment.​

$125 (plus tax) - Initial Partial Fitness Assessment:
  • Consultation: discussion of current lifestyle behaviors 
  • Pre participation health screening
  • An aerobic fitness test (based on client's goal and preferences) or musculoskeletal tests
Follow up assessment is $75
 
$150 (plus tax) - Initial Full Fitness Assessment
  • Consultation: discussion of current lifestyle behaviors  participation health screening
  • an aerobic fitness test (based on client's goal and preferences)
  • musculoskeletal tests
Follow up assessment is $85
$195 - $395 (plus tax) - Personalized Fitness Program Design
  • Consultation (phone): discussion of current lifestyle behaviors  participation health screening
  • Intial Partial or Full Assessment 
  • Written Program in PDF file
  • Personal Training session online or in studio to go through program

Online - Personal Fitness Training Session
