Options for Personal Training are:
Work out in the comfort of your own home or home gym with a remote trainer. This is a very interactive and “hands on” approach to personal training during a time when getting together physically may not be ideal. We will log into a two-way video conference at the scheduled time and work with the equipment you have available in your space.
Sessions online are 30 or 45minutes
If you are more of an outdoor adventurer, training in the open air is for you. This type of personal training is perfect for those of us who would rather spend time outdoors than on a treadmill or inside a room full of equipment. We make the most out of nature's equipment such as benches, curbs, walls and stairs. I may also bring along some smaller props like a skipping rope or thera-band, or even decide that a (snowshoe) hill drill in the forest is the workout of the week. I train clients all year round and am flexible with locations throughout the city.
