This not only promotes weight loss but also gives your digestive system a much-needed reset , enhancing your overall health and energy levels. Together, we’ll work to transform your health from the inside out. . Individualized Nutrition: I’ll create a diet plan tailored to your unique body type, metabolism, dietary preferences, and health goals. By prioritizing whole foods and balancing macronutrients, the plan will help maximize your energy, satisfaction, and weight loss.. Getting Started: Sign Up: Join the program to begin your journey. Book your appointment above. Questionnaire: You'll receive an email from me with a set of questions to better understand your goals. Meet: We get to know each other, and discuss the questionnaire and additional general nutrition, health and wellness topics. Plan Delivery: You will receive your personalized plan within a week of the initial meeting. Support: Throughout the 5 weeks, you can reach out to me via email for guidance and support. Additional Consultation: If you’d like a 30-minute follow-up phone consultation, it can be arranged for an additional $55.
