Service Description
If you’re looking for a little motivation and guidance to stay active this winter, I’ve got you covered with 20-minute Tabata workouts—fast, fun, and super effective! Tabata is a type of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that packs short bursts of intense exercise with tons of benefits: burn calories, develop muscle strength, shed body fat, improve blood sugar levels, and even lower your heart rate and blood pressure. Each workout is structured with 4-minute mini circuits, focusing on 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds. It’s the most time-efficient way to get in shape! What’s Included: 12 workouts: Delivered in weekly video recordings, released every Sunday evening, so you can do them whenever it fits into your schedule. You’ll keep access to each recording for the full three months, giving you plenty of time to complete the program at your own pace, and to repeat workouts at any time.
