Sound Bathing

Immerse yourself in the magic of sound

Sound baths are a powerful way to restore your mind, body and soul. In this class, I'll guide you into a deep meditative state through ambient sounds. Gongs, chimes and crystal bowls will fill the space in and outside of your body as you relax and let your worries fade away. It's a deliciously peaceful feeling.
