Welcome to my studio located in Beacon Hill Ottawa that I opened in my home in 2002.

 It is a clean and simple studio where I traing private clients or small groups of 5-6 people.

I work with a variety of equipment based on the needs of my clients; Pilates reformer, Cable Machine, Bosu Balls, Resistant Bands, Kettle Bells and more.
