Virtual Movement Membership
- Winter 2023 -

 Personalized Fitness offers hundreds of on-demand and live streaming workouts that include strength training, HIIT, cardio, yoga, ball toning, and more.

We are dedicated to keeping you motivated, healthy, and strong by bringing group fitness training to you. Train at home, in your office or anywhere that makes you comfortable.  Doing some form of exercise is an easy way to boost both your mental and physical health, and now is the ideal time to try a new activity - or to ensure that healthy habits are continued. 


With online group fitness classes, you get the benefits of social connection and varied exercise with interactive, personalized online classes. Daily small-group classes, streamed live (synchronous) through Zoom, provide a sense of community, no matter where you are.

All classes are taught and hosted by Tanya Robertson.

The Virtual Movement Memberships offer unlimited access to to the live streaming classes and the on-demand videos. 

Live classes are from 8 am – 8:30 am, Monday through Friday.

Step One: Sign-up for one of the following:

Seasonal Membership or 1 Month Membership


Step Two: Check your inbox.

You will be receiving the Zoom link to get into all the live classes for September. Please save the link. You will have the option to add it a google calendar.

"I met Tanya in 2016 after being on mat leave in the back of the parliament building (sounds shady) to do a workout like no other. We met at the suicide stairs and it was the toughest workout I had ever done but it got me hooked. Tanya is the best trainer I have ever had , not only because of the versality of her workouts- she can teach anything from meditation to yoga to kick boxing to strength training to hitt workouts etc, - but also because she is an awesome human - she is down to earth, funny, empathetic and really cares about people. Tanya is passionate about holistic wellness and always shares tips and tricks on taking care of mind, body and soul. I have to say that a big part of me staying sane and avoiding the pandemic 20 is attributable to Tanya- her morning virtual workouts have become a good habit that I look forward to that gets me through the day.
