Yoga & Sound Bath

This class offers a series of gentle movements that connect your breath to your body, improving flexibility and recovery. Then, you will cozy up on your mat for meditation while being bathed in sounds and vibrations of the gong and singing bowls.
Gentle yoga and sound bath sessions are a powerful way to restore your mind, body and soul. They are especially well-suited for those with (chronic) pain, trouble sleeping, anxiety or high levels of stress.
The class will led by Tanya Robertson. She has been teaching classes for 30 years and is the owner of Personalized Fitness. You can read more about her here.

Bring your yoga mat, something to cover your eyes, comfortable clothes to move in, and a blanket or cozy clothes and warm socks & sweater to relax in.

Where: Vorlage Center, 65 Chemin Burnside, Wakefield, Quebec
When: Sundays 4:30PM-5:30PM,
Starting November 5th for five weeks last class December 3.
