A 6-week strength-building program designed for a fit male (~220 lbs), training twice per week (Mondays and Thursdays). Each workout is a different full-body session and starts with leg-focused exercises. Uses available equipment including free weights, bench, bars, resistance bands, BOSU ball, and a pull-up bar. Progress over 6 weeks by increasing load, reps, or sets while maintaining good form.
