My Outdoor Bootcamp classes are the perfect way to shake up your fitness routine and stay motivated through the darker winter months. Embrace this seasonal snowshoe adventure as we move together in nature under starry skies, surrounded by the quiet beauty of snow-covered woods. There's something truly magical about being out there as a group: the crisp air, the crunch of snowshoes, and the shared energy that makes winter feel alive and invigorating! You'll reap the proven benefits of training outdoors while challenging your body and mind with dynamic, low-impact workouts. When: Starts January 22 Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM
Where: Beacon Hill North area (exact meeting point emailed to registered participants 2 days before each session)
What to Expect: We'll snowshoe through wooded trails under the stars, stopping every 10-15 minutes for stationary strength training exercises. This gentle yet effective format combines cardio with full-body strength, all while enjoying the peace and beauty of a winter night outdoors.

For 5-Class or 10-Class Packages: First, purchase your package through our website. If you do not want to pay through the site, you can contact Tanya to manually sign you up and pay in person. Once your package is activated, sign up for your preferred classes. Book all at once to reserve your spots or sign up as needed based on your schedule.
