Outdoor Bootcamps

Outdoor Bootcamp is a comprehensive physical conditioning program that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises to achieve total body training. Our program is designed for all fitness levels with high and low impact adaptations to all exercises so everyone has a challenging workout and no one is left behind!

Take your workout outdoors with this innovative approach to fitness which encompasses total body training with a focus on having FUN. You can expect a variety of exercises including upper body drills, circuit training, speed and agility training, group challenges and connections. This will give you a break from your usual gym routine by encouraging you to get outdoors and engaging in functional training.


We train outside all year! Whether your goal is to get off the couch, exercise for the first time in years, lose that last 10 pounds, or run that marathon you want to run, we can help you achieve your goals.

SUMMER FIT - Outdoor Bootcamp Sessions start June - July 2021.

Tuesdays & Thursdays / 12:05 pm / Major Hills Park, Downtown / Bruyere Hospital Employee Group

Tuesdays / 6 pm / Windsor Park, Old Ottawa South

Wednesdays / 5:30 pm /  Beacon Hill, Gloucester

Thursdays / 9:30 am / Windsor Park, Old Ottawa South

All Workouts will be 45 mins. "ish"


No refunds are given. If you cannot make a classes, you can gift it to someone or take a make up class at another time/location offered until the end of July.

Please register below if you would like to attend any of the Summer Outdoor Bootcamp sessions. The registration is one time only. Next, you purchase a drop in session, a package of 4 or 8 sessions. Payment can be made on the website via credit card, via etransfer (tax added to both), or cash in person

P.S. We have Gift Certificates available for things like....Birthdays, Christmas, Post Baby Birth Mom time....
