The Spring 2026 Outdoor Group Fitness Training Session Kicks Off On May 13th!

 

Join our empowering 45-minute HIIT-style outdoor fitness classes designed specifically for women, every Wednesday from 6:15pm to 7:00pm.

This season, our focus will be on building strength while keeping the energy high. You’ll get short, energizing cardio bursts (with low- or high-impact options so you can always choose what feels right for your body that day), but the majority of each workout will center on strength training to help you build real strength, confidence, tone, and functional power.

The workouts will focus on bodyweight training, with resistance bands woven in to boost intensity and add variety. The best part? Everything is fully scalable — personalized modifications mean you work at your own level, whether you’re just starting out or ready to push your limits.

Note on hill work: In the past we’ve done a lot of hill training and heavier cardio. This season, hill runs will be completely optional. If you’re interested, you can do a short hill run before or after class, but it will not be part of the main workout. I’ll be prioritizing strength development this season.

Joining classes and other details

To keep our classes vibrant, connected, and full of great energy, we ask everyone to sign up in advance for the specific class(es) they plan to attend. Booking ahead helps me plan the perfect session for the group and ensures you have your spot reserved. You can sign up using the class schedule below or the app.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before class starts with no charge. Just let me know so I can open your spot to someone else.

To create the best experience with plenty of motivation and interaction, each class needs a minimum of seven participants. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll cancel with advance notice and offer you a full credit or refund — we only want sessions that feel lively and supportive!

 

Pricing

  • Drop-in: $20 per class

    • Paying with cash: Sign up for the class and select “In-Person Payment” at checkout. You can pay me in cash when you arrive.

    • Paying with credit card: Sign up for the class and select the "Pay Now” option to complete payment online.

  • Package deals: 5-session or 10-session packages (best value when you commit!)

    • Important notes for packages:

            --> If you have remaining outdoor sessions on a package from a previous season, simply book the classes you want to attend.

            --> If you want to purchase a new 5- or 10-session package, please buy the package first (below), then book your classes.

            --> Select "Use my plan" for payment and your package will be automatically deducted.

The only requirement is showing up — the rest is customizable, fun, and incredibly rewarding. Come as you are, leave feeling stronger, happier, and connected.
