Exercising outside is one of the healthiest habits for our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Spring 2026 Session kicks off in May 13th 2026!

 

Join our empowering 45-minute HIIT-style bootcamp designed specifically for women every Wednesday at 6:15pm. We blend short, energizing cardio bursts (with low- or high-impact options so you can choose what feels right for your body that day) with a strong emphasis on strength training to build confidence, tone, and real power.

Every workout is bodyweight-focused with the addition of versatile resistance bands for added challenge and variety. The best part? Everything is scalable — personalized modifications mean you work at your own level, whether you're just starting out or pushing your limits.

 

No judgment, just progress and good vibes!

 

What to expect:

  • Quick, effective sessions that leave you energized

  • A supportive, women-only space to get challenged and motivated

  • Opportunities to socialize, laugh, and build connections while doing something incredibly positive for your body and mind

  • The simple joy of moving outdoors in beautiful green spaces

Classes run ongoing through late fall (weather permitting — we pause only if it's pouring rain). Locations rotate between the scenic Ski Hill Park and Loyola Park in Beacon Hill North, Ottawa — perfect for enjoying the outdoors right in our community.

 

How Signing Up Works

To keep classes vibrant, connected, and full of great energy, we ask everyone to sign up in advance for the specific class(es) they plan to attend — even if you've purchased a package of 5 or 10 sessions. Booking your spots ahead helps us plan the perfect session for everyone!

  • Flexible cancellation: You can cancel up to 24 hours before class starts without any charge (just let me know so we can open your spot to someone else).

  • To ensure the best experience with plenty of motivation and interaction, classes need a minimum of 7 participants. If we fall below that, we'll cancel with advance notice and offer you a full credit/refund or reschedule option — we want every session to feel lively and supportive!

Pricing

  • Drop-in: $20 per class

  • Package deals: 5 sessions or 10 sessions (save when you commit!)

 

The only requirement is showing up — the rest is customizable, fun, and incredibly rewarding. Come as you are, leave feeling stronger, happier, and connected.
