Outdoor Bootcamp is a comprehensive physical conditioning program that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises to achieve total body training. Our program is designed for all fitness levels with high and low impact adaptations to all exercises so everyone has a challenging workout and no one is left behind!
Take your workout outdoors with this innovative approach to fitness which encompasses total body training with a focus on having FUN. You can expect a variety of exercises including upper body drills, circuit training, speed and agility training, group challenges and connections. This will give you a break from your usual gym routine by encouraging you to get outdoors and engaging in functional training.
We train outside all year! Whether your goal is to get off the couch, exercise for the first time in years, lose that last 10 pounds, or run that marathon you want to run, we can help you achieve your goals.

Tuesdays / 6 pm / Windsor Park, Old Ottawa South
Wednesdays / 5:30 pm / Ski Hill Park, Beacon Hill, Gloucester
All Workouts will be 45minutes"ish"
Please register below if you would like to attend any of the FALL FIT Bootcamp sessions. Payment can be made on the website via credit card, via e-transfer, or cash in person.
Costs: $15 drop in session / $50 for 4 sessions / $100 for 10 sessions.
If you are a member of the Fall Fit online classes - you will receive a 20% discount on the price.
