Outdoor Bootcamp is a comprehensive physical conditioning program that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises to achieve total body training. Our program is designed for all fitness levels with high and low impact adaptations to all exercises so everyone has a challenging workout and no one is left behind!
Take your workout outdoors with this innovative approach to fitness which encompasses total body training with a focus on having FUN. You can expect a variety of exercises including upper body drills, circuit training, speed and agility training, group challenges and fitness games. This will give you a break from your usual gym routine by encouraging you to get outdoors and engaging in functional training.
We train outside all year! Whether your goal is to get off the couch, exercise for the first time in years, lose that last 10 pounds, or run that marathon you want to run, we can help you achieve your goals.
Our next Outdoor Bootcamp Sessions: JANUARY 5th - January 28th 2021. We offer three classes per week; two of them are Snowshoe Bootcamps.
Tuesday / 12:05 pm / Downtown / Outdoor Bootcamp - no snowshoes
Wednesdays /6:30 pm / Beacon Hill North /Snowshoe Bootcamp
Thursdays / 9:30 am / Old Ottawa South / Snowshoe Bootcamp
All Workouts will be 45-60 minutes
