Tanya's Tabata Challege
30minute workout / 3x per week
Experience the ultimate 30 minute workout with with Tanya Robertson.
This Interval Training class combines strength & aerobic exercises. Options are demonstrated for higher or lower intensity levels and you can take it at your own pace.
These Tabata workouts are effective because of the work-to-rest ratio.
That short interval isn't enough to allow you to fully recover, which makes it's great for building endurance and getting you in shape.
The Tabata format is as follows:
20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise (e.g., Push ups, bench burpees, squat etc.)
10 seconds of rest
Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes
(Equipment needed: Chair or Bench & Bands and/or free weights)

Over the past few years, I have taught more than 650 online fitness classes, which were all unique. All classes are 30 minutes long and include strength training, HIIT, cardio, yoga, ball toning and more. Some are full-body workouts, while others focus on areas of the body, such as “butts and guts,” “arm tone,” or “core blast”. New classes are uploaded monthly.
