Some of you have very busy lives and travel time and gym costs don't work for you.


That’s where online classes are a great alternative. They are an efficient and cost-effective way to bring movement into your day and build healthy habits at home.

I am offering three online services with that in mind beginning in early 2024: 

  • Body Tone class: Wednesdays 6:00 - 6:30 PM (Live – recordings also provided)

  • Stretch & Core class: Fridays 12:00 -12:30 PM (Live - recordings also provided)

Over the past few years, Tanya has taught more than 600 online fitness classes, which were all unique.


The video on demand membership gives you unlimited access to a carefully curated selection of these classes, anytime and anywhere you want to train.

New classes are uploaded monthly.

All classes are 30 minutes long and include strength training, HIIT, cardio, yoga, ball toning and more. Some are full-body workouts, while others focus on areas of the body, such as “butts and guts,” “arm tone,” or “core blast”.
