At Personalized Fitness, every new client begins with a comprehensive Intake Assessment and Consultation to ensure we address your health holistically. Why? Because your body, mind, and lifestyle are interconnected, and understanding your unique needs is the foundation for meaningful change.

Complete the Intake Forms: You’ll fill out detailed questionnaires about your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals.

One-on-One Consultation: We meet (in person at my Ottawa studio or online) for a 60-minute session to discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations.

Customized Recommendations: After our consultation, I’ll email you a tailored nutrition plan, including diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations designed specifically for you.
Cost: $250 for the Intake Assessment and Consultation (includes forms, review, consultation, and personalized plan).
Why it’s essential: This process allows me to create a roadmap that’s uniquely yours, addressing specific issues like weight loss, IBS, or menopause with precision and care.
Follow-Up Sessions: After your initial consultation, follow-up sessions (online) are available for $80 to refine your plan, track progress, and ensure accountability.
