As a Holistic Nutritional Coach, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health by addressing nutritional imbalances and creating personalized plans for diet, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments to restore your body’s natural balance.

My journey began with courses at Ottawa University and continued with certifications like the Nutritional & Wellness Specialist certificate from Canfitpro (2001) and a Natural Nutrition Diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2007).

Integrating ongoing holistic nutrition studies and years of experience, I collaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, eating habits, and health goals. Together, we develop practical, personalized nutrition plans to support a range of needs, including:

  • Managing IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
