Where We Train
Most local clients train with me in my quiet, private Ottawa home studio: a peaceful space with a full gym and a Reformer Pilates machine that women can’t stop raving about (it sculpts long, lean muscle and feels almost therapeutic). Some clients (whether you live across town or across the province) choose fully online sessions from the comfort of home. The best part? We can switch back and forth whenever life happens — bad weather, sick kid, crazy work week, out of town or you just don’t feel like driving. Training stays consistent, habits actually stick, and you never have to “start over” because of circumstances. Flexibility is built in.

Fitness & Nutrition Consultation: Your starting point or ongoing check-in.

Initial 60-minute consultation (in-person or online) → $150

30-minute follow-up consultations → $60 Perfect when you want clarity and a clear plan without full training sessions.

Fitness Testing: 60-minute detailed assessment (measurements, strength, cardio, flexibility, balance) + full results report → $150

Custom Fitness Program Design: A written (or app-based) program you can follow anywhere.

Returning clients – program refresh (20–30 min check-in + new written program) → $85

Private Training Sessions & Packages: One-on-one sessions (30, 45, or 60 minutes) – choose Strength, Pilates Reformer, HIIT, Rehab, Pre/Postpartum, Stretching, Yoga, Sound Bath, or any blend you like.
