About the Event

Butts and Guts - A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles.

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit
  • Water, towel

Equipment Needed

  • a mat
  • a small ankle band. 

Please feel free to contact me if you need more assistance with the equipment needed.

Note: This is a taught by Tanya Robertson virtually via  Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom app or software to your home computer, laptop, ipad or smartphone. You will receive a link code in your confirmation email after paying for the class. Use this code to sign in to the class. 

If you have pruchased a one month membership, the codes for upcoming week of classes will be sent every Friday.
