About the Event
A one-stop shop workout that firms, burns and balances your body. The classes integrate yoga postures with strength training. Start this mini session with a few sun salutations to limber up, then get cranking.
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
- Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
- Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit
- Water, towel
- Yoga Mat
- light hand weights or small weighted balls (optional)
Note: This is a taught by Tanya Robertson virtually via Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom app or software to your home computer, laptop, ipad or smartphone. You will receive a link code in your confirmation email after paying for the class. Use this code to sign in to the class.
