About the Event
A one-stop shop workout that firms, burns and balances your body. The classes integrate cardio, strength training, and hatha yoga, and promise to burn up to double the calories than doing yoga alone. Start this mini session with a few sun salutations to limber up, then get cranking.Â
 AttireÂ
- Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
- Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
- Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit
- Water, towel
Equipment Needed
- Yoga MatÂ
- light hand weights or small weighted balls (optional)
Note: This is a taught by Tanya Robertson virtually via  Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom app or software to your home computer, laptop, ipad or smartphone. You will receive a link code in your confirmation email after paying for the class. Use this code to sign in to the class.Â
