About the Event
This is a private (5-6 people) Movement & Meditation practice that runs for 4 weeks on Tuesday nights from 7:30 - 8:40pm.
It integrates Qigong, Yoga and Pilates movements with breathing exercises and meditation to enhance your physical and mental health, self-awareness and spiritual growth.
The class ends with a 10-15minutes pose of total relaxation (Corpse Pose - Savasana) as you are bathed in meditative sound waves to enhance your experience.
This practice can improve your strength, balance, flexibility, posture and mindfulness and can have a positive impact on health concerns, including substance abuse, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, pulmonary disease, back pain.
Movement & Meditation
This is a private class with a maximum of 5-6 people. This integration of Qi Gong, Yoga, Pilates and Meditation gives you a well rounded self care weekly practice, which will help improve your strength, balance, flexibility, posture and mindfulness.
