About the Event
Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm (ish)
Location: You will be sent an email with the location and directions. The location may vary from week to week. It will depend a bit on the weather. We will stay in Beacon Hill and I will choose locations close to or in nature.
This is an outdoor group workout that is more cardio based but will also offer strength training intervals.
For this workout you will need two types of bands. A short circular ankle band and a long thera band.
To respect the pandemic protocols, the maximum number of participants will be 10 and the exercises will be planned with a bit of distance in mind.
This workout can be modified and personalized so that it suits all levels of fitness.
This ticket is for 1 bootcamp session.
This includes all 4 Bootcamp sessions. You will only be charged the the sessions you attend.
