SPRING FIT - Bruyere BOOTCAMPS
Join us for our Spring FIT Bootcamps in Downtown Ottawa at Major Hills Park every Tuesday at 12:05pm.
We will be doing some interval training interval strength and cardio exercises such as sprints, lunges, bench push ups, squats, back flies, band boxing and more...
It offers a great, safe and healthy social activity, gets you outside in nature and provides good cross training for the body.
What you need:
- Dress in layers with clothing that can handle the conditions
- Good running shoes
- One or two theraband resistant bands
Package - 4 sessions
