About the Event

A weekly online 30minute Stretch & Core class on the mat. It starts with gentle movements to warm up and dynamically stretch the body. Then, we will do exercises that strengthen the muscles in the abs, low back and glutes.

Each class is different and will be recorded, so in case you miss us live, you can join at a later time. 

The video recordings will be available for 7days which gives you the option to repeat them.
