About the Event
Training outdoors, heavy on the cardio. Tone, strengthening and stretching included.
We welcome all levels of fitness.Â
This is all about creating healthy habits:
- Moving your body,
- Connecting with others,
- Laughing and enjoying yourself while you challenge your body,
- Getting outside to move year round,
- Taking time for yourself,
- Being mindful about your healthÂ
- Just showing up. ;)
