About the Event
A new workout every week!
As the days get shorter, it’s easy to fall into a workout rut, which is why Tanya's Total Body Tone workout is a great way to get (or stay) motivated.
These uber-effective moves will hit all the major muscle groups in just 30 minutes. This class is designed with toning exercises in a “superset” format, which means we will be doing back-to-back sets of moves with no rest in between. The faster pace also keeps your heart rate up, adding a cardio component to the workout and helping burn more calories in less time.
(Equipment needed: Mat, chair or bench, short loop band, long elastic band and/or free weights)
Join Tanya LIVE on Zoom or do the RECORDING of the class on your own time. If you miss a live class or want to repeat the workout another day, the recordings of the class will be sent to you by email on the same evening as the live class.
