While cardiovascular endurance is also evaluated, the focus is on providing a holistic snapshot tailored to your individual needs, such as general wellness, enhancing athletic performance, or meeting occupational requirements.
These assessments can be held in convenient settings like gyms, studios, or even virtually where applicable, making them accessible and customizable. Upon completion, you'll receive a detailed email report with your results and expert recommendations to address any areas of improvement, helping you prioritize habits and make proactive lifestyle changes. For ongoing tracking, follow-up assessments are offered at a reduced rate of $95. As an optional add-on, you can enhance your experience with a personalized at-home fitness program for an additional $150, which includes a dedicated 30-minute session (online or in-person) to walk you through the program, ensuring you have the tools and confidence to implement it effectively and achieve sustainable results.
