Service Description

Exercising outside is one of the healthiest habits for our physical, mental and spiritual well being. My Outdoor Bootcamp classes are the perfect way to change up your fitness routine and get the benefits of training outside in nature. You'll challenge your body and mind through dynamic workouts while bonding and motivating each other in a supportive group environment. I offer outdoor group workouts all year round. Each workout is different (so you'll never be bored!) and consists of high intensity interval training, combining strength and aerobic based exercises to challenge your mind and body.

Cancellation Policy

Policy Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a session without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being charged. How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made through the Wix app. Please ensure you cancel within the app to avoid any charges. If you are having trouble with this, contact Tanya directly to cancel. . Instructor Cancellations: If the instructor, Tanya, cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or personal reasons), the session will not be deducted from your package, and you will be notified as soon as possible. Health and Safety Disclosure: Participants must inform Tanya of any current injuries, pregnancy, or other medical conditions (e.g., chronic illnesses, physical limitations, or recent surgeries) prior to participating in the bootcamp. This ensures workouts can be safely tailored to your needs. Please contact Tanya directly with any questions or concerns about this policy or your participation.
