I've designed a series of workplace wellness programs that focus on three key areas—Mindfully FIT, Physically FIT and Nutritionally FIT. 

My goal is to inspire that one small step forward in each individual's health journey. Whether it’s incorporating a new vegetable into their diet, going for a walk every day, or practicing mindfulness every morning…it’s the little changes that make a big difference in the quality of our lives and our work. 

These programs can be booked as individual one-hour sessions, or combined as a package for a full afternoon or day of wellness. Contact me to customize a session or package based on your employee's needs, goals and interests.

Mindfully FIT

Fitness for your brain. Gain practical tools that support mental and emotional well-being. Includes activities like sound bathing, meditation and gentle yoga.


Physically FIT

Custom fitness classes for your employees that build strength and endurance. Includes activities like indoor/outdoor bootcamps and yoga.


Nutritionally FIT

Highly interactive sessions focused on healthy eating and nutrition. Topics include fermented foods, mindful eating and more.

For more than 25 years, I’ve been helping people reach their health and fitness goals. I developed Mindfully FIT, Physically FIT and Nutritionally FIT because I believe being healthy or trying to get healthier involves this trifecta holistic approach. It's about moving your body, it's what you put into your body and it's about getting your mind to work for you and not against you.
