When it comes to fitness, no two people are alike. That’s why I take the time to consider your body mechanics, fitness level, injuries, lifestyle, goals, likes, dislikes and more. From there, I’ll create a flexible fitness program that you can realistically bring into your daily life.
Along with fun and motivating workouts, I also incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, nutrition and sound baths into our sessions. As your trainer, I’ll help you build sustainable habits that drive results. My specialties include:

I’ve helped clients achieve their health and fitness goals for over 30 years. My passion for this movement began when I started teaching group fitness classes as a teen. My interest in business developed in tandem as I started, created, planned and ran lunch fitness classes at my high school. I continued on to go to school and worked at Ottawa University as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I also worked at Goodlife at the time.
Along with fitness, I’m experienced in many other wellness facets including nutrition, yoga, breathwork and sound bathing. I hold a Natural Nutrition Diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, a canfitpro™ Nutritional & Wellness Specialist certificate and have taken various nutrition and health courses at the University of Ottawa.
