Personal Training
Hi, I'm Tanya Robertson, a Health and Fitness Coach with a holistic and balanced approach to exercise and diet.

I want to help you become the very best version of yourself—in body and mind.

My passion for this industry comes from my own experience of what fitness and managing my own health has done for me. By investing my time into a healthier lifestyle, I have learnt how capable we are of creating physical and mental change within ourselves.

When it comes to fitness, no two people are alike.
I will take the time to consider your body mechanics, fitness level, injuries, lifestyle, goals, likes, dislikes and more. Over the past 30 years, I have worked with a variety of clients who have goals associated with weight loss, muscle tone/development, improved fitness, strength, flexibility whilst providing assistance with a balanced diet which will all result in a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Get motivate. Receive support, guidance and encouragement. Build sustainable habits that drive results.
Move Better. Feel Stronger. Live Healthier.
